Expo Address window

From Exposition, select Set up an exposition, double-click an exposition, click More, and select Address

Address

Enter the location of the exposition (maximum of 50 alphanumeric characters). The Address displays on default confirmation letters, and you can include it on other reports.

City

Enter the city where the exposition is being held (maximum of 50 alphanumeric characters).

St/Prov

Enter the state or providence where the exposition is being held (maximum of 15 alphanumeric characters). Select the Find icon to look up a state or province code.

Zip

Enter the ZIP code where the exposition is being held (maximum of nine numeric digits).

Country

Enter the country where the exposition is being held (maximum of 20 alphanumeric characters). Select the Find icon to look up a country code.

Directions

Directions to the exposition location, with a maximum field size of 256 alphanumeric characters

Suppress printing of directions on Confirmation Letters

Enable to prevent printing directions to the exposition on confirmation letters.

To define an exposition address

1.  Open the Expo Address window:

□    From Exposition, select Set up an exposition, and double-click an exposition to open the Set up an exposition window (second instance).

□    Click More and select Address.

2.  Click Edit.

3.  Enter the Address information for the exposition.

4.  (optional) Enable Suppress printing of directions on the confirmation Letters to prevent printing the address on confirmation letters.

5.  Click OK.
